From our little factory in Livingston, Montana, we make chocolate from scratch, starting with cocoa beans and turning them into bars that are big on flavor and full of character. We do it all in-house: roasting, cracking, grinding, and tempering, so every bar tells its own story. Some are single origin bars that let the cocoa shine, others are playful inclusions with spices, fruits, and nuts that keep things interesting. Our chocolate isn’t just for eating, it’s for experiencing. You’ll find us teaching bean-to-bar classes, pouring sipping chocolate on chilly days, and welcoming neighbors, tourists, and chocolate lovers alike into our little world. We’re rooted here in Montana, inspired by our mountains, our community, and the joy that comes from slowing down and savoring something special.
