Founded in 1979,the company is still owned and operated by the founding partner.Frontier Refrigeration and Mechanical Services provides service to much of the specialized refrigeration equipment found in hospitals and laboratories located through-out manitoba. We have designed and built such notable projects as the University of Manitoba Wind Tunnel,a project that provides -40 F air at 160 KM per hour to test ice lensing,and icing on helicopter props as well as many other cold weather tests. This project won honourable mention in the Business Contracting Awards held in Scottsdale ,Arizona. We have also custom built many chillers for the food industry as well as the industrial sector. With our extenstive geothermal back-ground ,we have desigiged and built many geothermal installations. Our company has an excellent back-ground in both geothermal ice rinks as well as conventional ice rinks. We provide exceptional service to our HVACR service customers.
