Fruth Custom Packaging, a division of C-P Flexible Packaging, is a leader in the custom flexible packaging industry. With over 30 years extruding, converting, and printing polyethylene bags, film, sheeting, tubing, and cushioning, we are uniquely positioned to take on many engineering and packaging projects that other manufacturers and distributors simply can't. Housed in our 35,000 square foot facility in Orange County, California, we are ISO and FDA certified. Made in the USA, we offer a lead-time of less than 4 weeks. We’re staffed with a full engineering team to help with your custom packaging projects, from inception through rollout. We offer six Level 100 cleanrooms, in addition to a separate facility dedicated to cleanroom operations. We focus on the medical, pharmaceutical, cleanroom, aerospace, food production, industrial, electronics, automotive and agricultural industries. In addition to extruding LDPE, LLDPE, and HDPE, we convert several other materials, including polypropylene, nylon, Aclar, Tyvek, bubble cushioning, and Kraft foil, to name a few. We also work with recycled, bio-based, compostable (PLA), and even water-soluble materials. As part of our goal for sustainability, we are dedicated to implementing manufacturing and operational processes that are environmentally sound, constantly working to reduce our carbon footprint. Our recycling program diverts over 800,000 pounds of plastic from landfills each year.
