Our story begins in 2004 in Houston as a local rehab and fire restoration company where we started from the ground up assisting multifamily property owners, managers, and other stakeholders with determining scopes of work needed to ensure the structural stability, enhanced value, and integrity of assets while expanding across the state of Texas. That successful foundation helped launch our growth into better meeting our clients’ needs by adding several value-added services as we grew our national presence with countless dynamic and synergistic partnerships. Today, FSI is an industry-leading general contractor with a portfolio stretching proudly from coast-to-coast across 20+ states that includes numerous jobs at traditional garden-style properties in addition to several high-rise, workforce housing, and mixed-use projects.
