FST Engineering (FST) was founded in 2021 with a guiding principle of providing customer focused professional engineering design services to the electrical power industry. Our company was created with a vision to provide best in class power engineering services to all markets and industries requiring electrical power engineering expertise. Our mission is to “collaborate and work closely with our customers, colleagues, and partners to provide proven electrical solutions to the power industry”. Our collective expertise and many years of experience are being utilized for each client/partner with a focus on making the project successful. FST provides power substation design, distribution design, power system relaying, power systems analysis, and engineering design services during construction. Our core focus is on 15kV - 345kV brownfield and green field substations as well as upgrades/modifications to existing substations with modern equipment and technology. Our Team has provided proven substation design experience for many large power substations from across many markets including universities, chemical plants, steel plants, aluminum plants, large data centers, automobile manufacturing, crypto currency, renewable (wind & solar), and many others. Our core power system analysis foundation is the basis for our design as it sets the standard for equipment ratings, protection, and control philosophy. Our expertise includes substation layout, protection and control, automation, ground grid design, substation equipment interconnections, underground and overhead cable design, commissioning, and energization support.
