About Fuelco

Fuelco is a privately held limited liability company owned by Ameren Missouri, Luminant, and Pacific Gas & Electric. We manage the contract negotiations and deliveries of the front-end portion of the nuclear fuel cycle for our members. Fuelco was established to improve market leverage for its member companies who are otherwise relatively small within the context of the global nuclear fuel market. Combined, the units owned by Fuelco member companies produce enough electricity to power five million American households. Our current portfolio is comprised of Callaway Energy Center in central Missouri, Diablo Canyon Power Plants 1 & 2 south of San Francisco, and Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plants 1 & 2 southwest of Fort Worth.
