Fuel is used in all sorts of industries in various forms like coal, oil & gas etc. These being a non renewable energy sources their conservation is our prime concern. With our interests in the field of furnaces & rolling mills, have developed a product “Fuelsave”, a high emmisivity coating which facilitates savings as regards to Fuel input costs, controlling maintenance expenses of furnaces resulting in energy conservation by simple application of our product. “Fuelsave” is solvent based product, adhesion and stability at temperature in excess of 1450°C is guaranteed for 12 months after application. We most humbly suggest not comparing our product with any other product since no other product similar to Fuelsave is available in the market. Fuelsave has been able to make good progress in applications such as reheating furnaces of steel rolling mills etc. Analyzing the concern of various industries for energy conservation, we have customers of the repute of Tata Steel Ltd besides more than 75 other industries in India & abroad who used our product for purpose of savings and energy conservation. Recently we have also successfully applied Fuelsave in the kiln of a Straight Grate Iron ore pelleting plant at M/s.Bajrang Steel & Power Ltd Raipur. The results with respect to fuel savings have been very encouraging & savings of more than 5% have been reported. Besides Fuelsave also provides a protective film on the refractory surface of the kiln thereby preventing harmful effects of corrosive elements such as sulphur & vanadium present in fuel thereby increasing refractory life substantially.
