Since 2017, I live in Fuerteventura in a very attractive climate, less pollution beautiful beaches and surrounded by the turquoise colors of the ocean. This makes this island perfect for relaxing. Fuerte Health Coaching offers various programs to improve your health, fitness and performance. What’s my story? Since my childhood I suffered from asthma, which limited me in many aspects of my life and I’ve experienced an emotional burn out back in 2013. The consequences were severe. I had chaotic breathing, palpitations, extreme fatigue, sore muscles, extreme body tension and a cluttered mind. During that time of compulsory rest, I followed various therapies like haptonomy, yin yoga, mindfulness and I learned to breathe differently, which reduced and disappeared many health problems. Through my own experience, I have followed the right therapy education and wished to share it with others. This led me to create my own unique therapy, Breathe 'n Yin. What can I do for you? Through my Breathe 'n Yin, I can guide you to bring yourself back into balance. Breathe 'n Yin therapy contains elements from Yin yoga, Buteyko Breathing Method, Oxygen Advantage, and Mindfulness. Everything is tailored to your specific health needs and wishes. I would like to invite you to come to Fuerteventura for a private custom made retreat. To release, stretch, breathe and recharge and return fully in balance. In addition, I will teach you, how you can continue to do this by yourself.
