Our specialist consultants, advisers and managers help turn around failing care homes. We take homes from ‘inadequate’ or ‘requires improvement’ to ‘good’ and ‘outstanding’. Through consultancy and audits, we determine what a care home operator needs to do to improve. We then advise on the steps needed or will put a manager in place to personally oversee improvements in levels of care, safety, leadership, responsiveness and effectiveness.
