Full Circle Performance was created by Nia Palmer, personal trainer and ex-athlete. Nia is British and Swiss but grew up in France and competed nationally in figure skating for over 10 years. Upon retiring as an athlete, she pursued a law degree in the UK and started her career in the legal industry. In 2023, Nia made a career change and decided to pursue another direction towards sports psychology to fulfil her desire of helping people improve their lifestyle and helping young athletes as she once was. Full Circle performance was created to help people create a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable and more importantly, enjoyable!
