Full Circle Resolutions is a full-service Alternative Dispute Resolution practice, specializing in Workplace Conflict Resolution. Full Circle Resolutions values rebuilding relationships through Mediation; educating our clients on conflict resolution through Workshops; and support our clients by giving them the tools to navigate through conflict successfully with one-on-one Conflict Coaching sessions. The founder of Full Circle Resolutions, Juliana Sampson, started her career as a Family Law Administrative Assistant in a boutique Downtown Toronto law firm. In this position she found her passion for wanting to help people in high conflict situations. This led her to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Graduate program in 2017 where she graduated with Honours. Juliana found her calling during her studies, which was an overwhelming passion for educating others through experiential learning in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Juliana has devoted her career to helping people through learning, as well as mediation and one on one facilitation in conflict resolution. Juliana Sampson is a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario (ADRIO).
