MISSION & VISION STATEMENT The mission of Fullness in Christ Ministries is to minister in Jesus’ Name to poor children who live on the dumpsites or on the streets in the Philippines -children who without Jesus, have no hope other than to repeat the cycle of intense poverty into which they were born. We work in partnership with local, indigenous, Christian leaders to send thousands of poor children to school each year. We accomplish our goals through the support of caring individuals who agree to sponsor a child, who cannot go to school because of the lack of finances. The sponsors make the dream of school a reality for these children. CORE VALUES WE ARE CHRISTIANS. We are committed to serving God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit. It is our desire to give every person to whom we minister, in any way, the opportunity to accept Jesus as Savior. WE ARE CONNECTED. We are committed to partnership. Our donors and sponsors recognize that they are partners in a larger plan. With FCM giving oversight and leadership, our FCM team, the local pastors, and the sponsors and donors, work together as a team in shared ministry. WE ARE CONCERNED FOR THE POOR. God makes it plain in Scripture that He is interested in the poor and in how they are treated. We are committed to serving poor children and assisting them to become all God has destined for them to become. WE ARE CAREFUL STEWARDS. We are committed to take seriously the trust placed in us by donors and sponsors. We realize these resources are a trust from God and we commit to having high standards of financial accountability. PARTNERS FOR TRANSFORMATION We believe God is giving us 10 orphanage locations in the Philippines in order to build communities for the care and support of widows and orphans. We are so pleased that FCM pastors in the Philippines are being recognized by their government as good caretakers of the children. We invite you to be part of this "new and bigger vision" of transformation.
