Our Brand Story Fulon was born out of a "Full On" focus on customers of eCommerce brands. As small Amazon sellers, we realized that many sellers were heavily focused on their products, while Amazon’s success was driven by its focus on customers, helping it become a trillion-dollar company. Inspired by this, we researched how to apply Amazon’s customer-centric approach to automation in sales and marketing. However, we found no tool that could seamlessly integrate data from various marketplaces—like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Walmart—and provide deep insights into customer behavior. More importantly, none could automate sales and marketing while keeping the customer at the center. That’s when we decided to build a solution—an app that connects leading eCommerce platforms with top sales and marketing CRM software, providing full customer data analysis and insights.
