About FunctionAll

Move with Purpose. Founded in 2021 by two fitness professionals ongoing to bridge the gap between the general health and fitness world and high performance training. FunctionAll is for anyone and everyone, regardless of ability or experience - to train and develop their mental and physical approach to fitness in an environment and atmosphere where both competition and camaraderie are equal. FunctionAll was born due to the growing need of purposeful coaching and training that is practical, efficient and adaptable always with the client’s progress in mind. The elements of competition and general health and exercise have always been separated thus only “athletes’ reap the endless benefits of competition, team empowerment and performance. Since its inception FunctionAll has evolved towards Performance training for Sports Athletes. With a wealth of experience between our coaches and countless hours spent learning - we understand the significant difference between results based training versus one dimensional training. At FunctionAll we have carefully chosen training methods to drive our coaching. This means that we cover all dimensions of fitness - being strength, endurance, mobility, speed, agility and power - which combined builds a strong, reactive and complete body exploring these methods with our clients to make the progress they desire. Our aim is to provide the community with great minds who continue to learn combine with a thoughtful training methods and practical equipment delivering a comprehensive approach to overall health and fitness.
