About Fundacja INSPIRATOR

We are Polish non-governmental organization working for the social and professional activation of young people. We want the environment and the people around us changed for the better, be better educated, confident, performed their passions and use their talents in professional life. In order to achieve our goals we create social innovations that respond to the social and educational problems in the context of the challenges posed by the changing labour market. We design multi fields actions and novel ICT tools that address the various socio-economic challenges, i.e. modern entrepreneurship of young people –shareconomy, that is based on developing social capital and humanresources. In the field of shareconomy we developed innovative ICT tool and platform SHARECOM to support the sharing of resources, ideas, skills and enthusiasm of young people to create social cooperation. Its main goal is the increase of employment opportunities for young people that share their skills, resources and above all work, developing ideas and creating bonds of trust. Foundress of the Foundation are people with years of experience in social and professional activation as well as socio-cultural activities, ICT innovations and also management of projects financed from European funds. In order to realize innovative projects and ventures in the field of social innovation we cooperate with various research and stakeholders’ institutions. We believe that the synergy is critical in the development of activities for social activism - each partner brings to the project an added value. In our activities we do not forget about our and our partners’ business benefits.
