About Funka

Funka was started as a project by disability organisations in Sweden. Today we are market leaders in the field of accessibility. We have offices in Stockholm, Oslo and Madrid and clients all over the world. We are co-founders of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals, IAAP. Funka works with accessibility in information, web, IT in all possible formats, digital interfaces, apps, ticket machines and ATMs. We also have a unit focusing on accessibility in the built environment, orientation, acoustics and how to treat persons with different abilities. Through positions of trust and work in standardisation, Funka sets standards for development, analysis and formation of requirements in accessibility.
