Furleigh Estate is a boutique vineyard and winery set on 85 acres of gently sloping land in West Dorset — a landscape of vines, lakes, and ancient woodland teeming with wildlife. Buzzards soar above the rows, deer and pheasants roam the edges, and our resident geese return each spring. This living, working countryside shapes every bottle we produce. Once a traditional dairy farm, Furleigh has evolved over the past two decades into a modern and sustainable English wine estate. We craft premium sparkling and still wines exclusively from grapes grown on-site — including classic Champagne varieties (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier) alongside Bacchus and Rondo — all hand-harvested and vinified using traditional methods. Sustainability is at the core of our operation, from solar-powered production and lightweight bottles to our low-intervention winemaking and 95% plastic-free packaging. Run by husband-and-wife team Ian and Rebecca, Furleigh remains proudly independent and quietly ambitious. In addition to our own label, we offer contract winemaking and white-label services for select vineyards, retailers and hospitality partners across the UK. We welcome visitors year-round for guided tastings, vineyard tours and private events — where guests can experience Dorset’s growing legacy of world-class English wine.
