Furniture Gallery was founded in 2004 under the leadership of Vassilis Karafotias with one vision in mind: to craft beautiful, timeless furniture. Beginning with a primary focus on leather and leatherette sofas, the company soon expanded into the manufacture of a wider range of items as its team expanded and its knowledge deepened. By 2008, Furniture Gallery began dealing with large-scale projects such as hotels, restaurants, private residences and yachts. Word spread around the country, and by 2011, Furniture Gallery had established itself as one of the leaders of quality handmade furniture in Greece. In 2015, the Furniture Gallery team moved into their new home in Agios Ioannis Rentis, Athens: a 1600 square meter building that houses its offices, furniture workshop and showroom all in one open-plan space. This multi-purpose area allows not only the free flow of creativity, but also for Vassilis to remain close to the manufacturing process… and surrounded by the dream he sought to create. Furniture Gallery’s recipe for success is undoubtedly due to the technical expertise and know-how of its experienced and seasoned team of specialists, who all share a dedication to using only the best quality materials and latest technology in hand-crafting each piece of furniture. Every furniture piece is not only made with great passion and enthusiasm, but also subjected to numerous quality control checks before it’s delivery to the client. At the forefront of Furniture Gallery’s core values are the relationships that it develops with each of its clients. Whether repeat customers or one-time projects, only the highest quality of service and attention to detail is given to all clients, so that they may not only choose from a wide variety of hand-made Greek furniture pieces, but items that are custom-made to suit their personal needs and tastes.
