Since 1989, Fuscon Enterprises, Inc. (FEI) has proudly served the greater Newark, NJ area with streamlined and value-added construction management and overall construction services. The firm was founded by its current President and CEO, Frank Fusaro. Prior to founding Fuscon Enterprises, Frank Fusaro was Vice President of Engineering at Century 21 Construction Corporation, a Clifton, NJ-based general construction and construction management firm. Mr. Fusaro held the Vice President of Engineering position for six years prior to leaving and founding Fuscon Enterprises. FEI is a midsize construction management and general construction firm that prides itself on the fact that in addition to our project managers and superintendents, we are able to guarantee that your project will be personally handled by the president and founder of the firm who is able to make accurate on-the-spot decisions regarding all aspects of your project including all expenditures, schedules, and more. Few construction management/construction firms can provide this type of individual hands-on service as a core offering. The majority of the work we are engaged in is the general construction and overall management of municipal, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. In addition, we have the capability to perform complete design/build and turnkey projects ranging in scope from preliminary design through architectural, engineering, and final construction phases. We have performed work throughout the State of New Jersey and have also been involved with projects in New York and Pennsylvania.
