Our mission at Fusion Initiative Holdings (“FIH”) began when we researched the market, and discovered a chronic shortage of solutions for our client base. We knew that there was a tremendous gulf between the needs of the marketplace and the available, off the shelf solutions coming from the insurance industry at large. So we decided to make our own, by fusing all of our collective knowledge and experience together to find new innovations, new businesses, and new solutions for our clients. We initially conceived and subsequently launched the Fusion Concept to address one of the largest fundamental vacuums of coverage to hedge what we came to believe were several trillion dollars of original exposures that had placed clients at risk of economic disaster for decades. Once we confirmed our intuition concerning the nature and size of the risks being retained by both private commercial and individual actors, we set about to determine whether there was a solution that we could organize to mitigate these extraordinary risks. Our founders called upon decades of collective experience in risk management product development, marketing of insurance solutions, and the life insurance industry in general to weave together a bold and robust risk transfer and distribution engine that could reorder this set of dangerous liabilities into a commercially sound insurance business. FIH is committed to the development and execution of cutting edge, proprietary concepts that promise to supercharge the industry as a whole, while delivering consistent and unimpeachable value to our customers.
