Founded in 2020 by Elizabeth Jenkins, the global pandemic of COVID 19 forced Liz to bake all her wares in her business Chocolate House Cafe! The Original Custard Slice was an immediate favourite, and Liz thought about elevating the Custard Slice by decorating the slice with delicious toppings, and she wanted them to be fun and funky...hence FUSTARD was born!
