Fran Berman is a professional skills expert. As an international speaker and corporate trainer, she shows her clients and audiences how to get more out of the job and each other in a fast-paced world. She is an award-winning sales manager, successful project manager, former language teacher, and cancer survivor. Fran specializes in business writing and customer service skills. As training manager and sales force automation project manager for a leading computer manufacturer, Fran managed the company’s sales force automation project, achieving significant increases in employee productivity and effectiveness. She has designed and implemented training programs and curricula for sales, management, and employees at all levels. Fran has nearly thirty years of in-depth, hands-on experience working for companies like American Express, National Car Rental, Tandy, and AST Computer. She has run her own speaking and training business since 1995, presenting over one hundred programs yearly to corporate, government, association, and public audiences in the U.S. and internationally. She has been a regular instructor for seminar and training companies such as SkillPath Seminars, CareerTrack, National Seminars, Rockhurst College, Chapman University, Drake Computer Training, Executrain, and JoshuaCasey Corporate Training.
