What We Do Each year, we offer a limited number of grants that provide access to world-class coaching and career support—at no cost to participants. Our coaches are seasoned professionals, carefully selected and matched based on your background and goals. They’ve undergone rigorous training and bring deep expertise in leadership development, career strategy, and systems thinking. These are the people we’d want in our own corner... and now, they’re in yours. **Job search and launch support From résumé and LinkedIn refinement to interview prep and decision-making tools, we also offer practical support to help you tell your story, stand out in a crowded market, and land what’s next.
