We do this through: • Developing policy, programs and strategies to generate adaptive landscapes • Empowering organisations to leverage opportunities through ESG and strategy review • Forging state, regional and local government partnerships to maximise outcomes and returns • Brokering mutually beneficial cross-sector partnerships and engagement • Future proofing strategy and action through horizon scanning, environmental market analysis, synthesising climate and resilience science • Providing evidence-based paths to climate adaptation through combining institutional and on-ground local expertise • Advising on sustainable land management to preserve threatened species and maximise ecosystem services • Enabling First Nations roles – across the agricultural and conservation estates We bring expertise in all levels of government and policy development, carbon farming and sustainable land management, business development, environmental sciences (ecology, adaptation); strategic planning (policy development methods); social science; environmental markets and stakeholder engagement.
