FutureFIRST is built on the mission that entrepreneurial thinking can elevate lives. In 2017, FutureFIRST launched a youth entrepreneurship program, DC YOUTH CORP (DCYC) to narrow the wealth gap by maximizing the socioeconomic of the youth of color through STEM careers and entrepreneurship. DCYC launched and managed an outstanding Summer Youth Employment in Washington, DC which received recognition from My Brother's Keeper (mentoring programming spearheaded by US President Barack Obama) and funding from the DC. Dept. of Small Business Development, Dept. of Employment Services and the Washington, DC Mayor Muriel Bowser. As FutureFIRST grows, it's vision is to enable 1 billion people to contribute to the world through entrepreneurship.
