About FutureReach

FutureReach is a social enterprise focused on connecting students to successful futures. We offer videos, advice and interviews to help students prepare for and secure employment (including internship, apprenticeships, school leaver programmes and graduate jobs). We focus on students in Years 12 & 13 and also work with undergraduates. FutureReach connects companies to early talent. We support them to identify and recruit target candidates using our digital platform and services. We also design innovative internship programmes for clients that advance D&I strategies. We bring companies and schools together with our high-impact employability training for Key Stage 5 (sixth form) students. Professional actors make it fun. Volunteering at our workshops is a way of advancing employee engagement. Focusing delivery on schools with higher than average levels of Free School Meals means that we work with the students who can benefit most. Finally, we have a research and insight capability leveraging our focus groups of high-potential millennials and network of alumni to create and test attraction strategies. We are proud to have received investment from Big Issue Invest’s Tech4Good Fund in 2014. We have also been supported by The Young Foundation’s Accelerator programme.
