About Futures Fellowship
The Futures Fellowship is a mentoring program for high potential but under-resourced young adults who are looking to make the most of their professional and personal futures. The mission of the Futures Fellowship is to enable these high potential young adults to build meaningful and long-term mentoring relationships with multiple mentors. To achieve this goal, a group of mentors works as a team to COLLECTIVELY mentor a cohort of 7-12 mentees. As a result, all Futures Fellows have unlimited access to a team oF committed mentors with vastly different networks and areas of expertise (law, medicine, finance, executive search, advertising, not-for-profit). Futures Fellows benefit from the following: -Personal introductions for informational interviews -One-on-one coaching sessions for the job and informational interviews -One-on-one coaching sessions on how to network -A $1500 stipend for the 9-month commitment -Four group sessions covering topics chosen by the cohort of Futures Fellows, and one-on-one meetings with mentors in between workshops
