Futurous is the ‘Olympics of Innovation’ bringing Man and Machine together in friendly competition, reflecting the 21st century reality that humans and computers are already living side by side. The Futurous Games combine innovations with innovators, humans with cyborgs, men with women, artificial intelligence with human spirit, innovation with ingenuity, athletes with para-athletes, traditional values alongside new concepts. Altogether, a new generation of athletic activities empowered by technology in all its forms. Between the bi-annual global events, Futurous will feature competitions for the mind and body, including robot and drone development, computer games design, hackathons and role-playing cyber workshops. Our mission is to redefine the world view of technology, creating new forms of man/machine interface as entertainment with a vision of bringing together multiple audiences, from everywhere on earth, to increase public understanding, and uptake, of future technologies to be used in the service of us all. Futurous is built on values of inclusiveness and universal respect, promoting competition and events that are environmentally friendly and promote sustainability.
