FW Recruitment was founded in 2003 by Jeannette Fitter & Anne Worboys. Previously we had each spent 18+ years working as Directors within large corporate organisations, managing large teams of staff covering a broad range of sectors across central England. As with our time in “operations” our ethos now in FW Recruitment is to listen to our clients needs and provide appropriate solutions. Honesty and integrity are key elements of our service. We are passionate about our candidates and clients and getting the match right and are always prepared “to go the extra mile“ for both parties. We understand the recruitment market, providing honest expert advice and pride ourselves on our open friendly approach. Working in partnership with our clients and candidates; our aim is to build a working relationship that is mutually beneficial for all concerned, supplying the best possible people to match your requirements. Since our inception we have built a strong reputation within the Recruitment to Recruitment, Commercial and Engineering markets across central England - we recruit at all levels from Trainee Consultant to Director and across all disciplines. We also provide (within our local market in Warwickshire), a permanent recruitment service in the Administration, Secretarial, Human Resources, Call Centre, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing & Engineering, IT, Legal and Accountancy fields.
