About FYDER
FYDER LLC was created in 2020 by four women-- then high school juniors. In an effort to create a process for converting discarded/landfilled polypropylene bags from local manufacturers into something consumer-usable, they developed a 100% recycled 3D printer filament using the discarded material. Success in their school-level INCubatoredu competition led to additional success in the national competition level for the same organization. The startup was also a finalist of the 2021 T-Mobile Young Changemaker Challenge and a top-ten winner at the Texas A&M University High School Pitch Contest.
