We are based in the East Midlands and provide assessments throughout the country. I decided to start this company to help more people to get to where they want to go. I have learnt a lot throughout my wide and varied career. I know exactly how to communicate with all different types of people and have an in-depth understanding of the Mental Health Act and the Mental Capacity Act, so you know you are in safe hands. My goal is to always put the person at the centre of everything I do and protect the most vulnerable from exploitation, by giving people a voice and enabling people to make decisions if they are able to do so. I provide expert opinion to the legal profession (solicitors and lawyers) regarding matters of mental capacity. For instance if you suspect that your relative can no longer make decisions about their money, you may need help from a solicitor so you can help your family member to manage their money. The solicitor will say that a mental capacity assessment is required to determine if they can make decisions regarding their money. Ensuring that you or your loved one’s mental health needs are met with care and compassion. Our Mental Capacity Assessments provide a thorough evaluation and expert recommendations.
