TEACHING THEM ESSENTIAL LIFE SKILLS In Our Dream Makers Program - Running a ranch is no small feat, neither is learning how to run barrels on a horse. What kind of skills do the girls in our Dream Maker program learn? Responsibility, teamwork, communication, leadership, perseverance & grit, work ethic & discipline, confidence & self esteem just to name a few. All those skills are rooted in our core values that are important to the girls; kindness, caring, honesty, patience, positivity, respect, dedication, discipline, work ethic and of course, fun.
