His business-owning friends had the same complaints about merchant services agents: lots of promises, zero follow-through, and laughable customer service. Motivated by his experience with the payment processing industry, he set out to provide merchants with the absolute best customer service — essentially, the exact opposite of what business owners had come to expect.
