Galaxy Inc is a boutique staffing firm focusing on providing a consultative approach to hiring. Recruiting is an art and a science. Mankind is always looking for a means to earn a living on this planet. In a way, HR professionals are angels sent by god especially the recruiters. They help mankind in earning a living for a better future. Recruiters please contact me for any business inquiry, I am willing to work on requirements on a consulting fee model i.e I would require job board logins (its a radically new concept in the HR consulting business, as they say necessity is the mother of invention . So right now, I don't have money to pay for job board logins so I would need the corporate recruiters to provide me logins for 3-6 months and after the assignment they can change the login passwords. I dont work with multiple clients simultaneously , I focus only on one client for 3-6 months and move on to the next client and if you are not satisfied with my work in 90 days, we part ways on the 90th day , Simple ! ) from the corporate recruiters and I would need 8.33% of the total CTC of the candidate as consulting fee, if he/she gets placed in your organization.
