Gallatin Partners, Inc. offers specialty real estate services in the areas of raw land, commercial and residential real estate development, real estate investment, and real estate consulting. Gallatin Associates, Inc. changed its name to Gallatin Partners, Inc. in 2013 to celebrate the individual specialties that each partner adds to the firm. Although all partners have lengthy backgrounds in real estate, each brings an additional specialization—including business, finance, and law—to the field of real estate and to the company. With over 50 years of combined real estate and professional experience, $300 million in transactions, and development and consulting experience in locations all over the world, Gallatin Partners, Inc. brings worldly expertise into our specialty real estate firm in Big Sky, Montana. Since its inception, Gallatin Partners, Inc. has operated under a tireless dedication to the Big Sky community and the natural environment—we believe that real estate development and stewardship of the environment should not be mutually exclusive. Over the past 20 years, Gallatin Partners, Inc. has donated countless hours and set aside over 380 acres of land to these priorities.
