Galliant Trainings guides and facilitates individuals and organisations to CREATE what is most meaningful to them in business and in life. Most people are unaware that creating is an orientation and that it uses a simple structure that can be applied to create anything -- a business, a project, a relationship, a work of art. Creating is not creativity. Creating is not problem solving. Creating is not thinking outside the box. Creating starts with a clearly defined vision. Most people do not clearly define what they are creating and focus on responding to external circumstances, on what they think is possible or on endless processes. Without the courage to identify and commit to a clearly defined end result, you will never create what you want. Creating leverages the truth of where you are in relation to your vision -- psychologically, emotionally, financially, etc. Most people have a discretionary relationship with the truth because they assume it means something about them. Leadership and innovation today are drowned out by a CYA attitude that will halt any creation in its tracks. The Creative Orientation is about embracing the freedom to choose what you would love and taking responsibility for what it means to create that.
