About Gallifet
Gallifet est un centre d’art contemporain et restaurant estival situé dans un hôtel particulier du XVIIIe au cœur d’Aix-en-Provence. Lieu incontournable d’échanges et de rencontres autour de la création d’aujourd’hui, Gallifet rassemble et fédère les passionnés d’art, de cuisine et de vin dans un écrin de paix et d’évasion, au cœur de la ville mais loin de la foule. De juin à octobre chaque année, le restaurant le ‘Gallifet Kitchen’ s’installe à l’ombre d’arbres centenaires dans le jardin de 500m2. Enfin, pour vivre pleinement l’expérience Gallifet, rien de tel que notre boutique. Dans le prolongement du centre d’art, La Petite Maison propose une sélection d'œuvres uniques, d'objets d’art, de livres et d'éditions limitées. Gallifet is a contemporary art center and summer restaurant in the heart of Aix-en-Provence. Housed in an 18th century mansion, Gallifet hosts three major exhibitions per year, focusing on the major challenges and questions of our epoch as seen through the eyes of emerging and established contemporary artists. From June to October each year a different chef is invited to take up residence in the shaded courtyard garden of the Gallifet Kitchen restaurant. A gallery - store showcasing objets d'art, contemporary provençal craft, books and limited edition prints and photography completes the experience.
