About Ganico Organic Estate

WE ARE CRAZY! ...there...we said it. WE ARE FIRST GENERATION FARMERS. (Translation: We have no idea what we are doing, so we wing it with style) We are a family-run Organic Estate in the heart of Muldersdrift, South Africa. Our names are Laiken and Jason. After experiencing how difficult it was to obtain organically grown produce, we decided to start our own FOOD FOREST. The concept is, where ever you walk should be something you eat. We first started with our Pomegranate orchard, then started to grow other fruits and veg. We now have passion fruit, lemons, sugar snap peas and many other edible plants and weeds. We also introduced free range chickens to form a part of our ZERO WASTE as a farm.
