My work in these functions included organization planning and design, staffing, tactical execution, management oversight, and customer relationship building. My diverse CPG/Food Industry experience includes work in Retail Grocery, Wholesale/Distributor, and Food Service channels, where I built a good understanding of functional interdependencies necessary for business success. In addition, throughout my career, I collaborated closely with Human Resources and internal and external recruiters while interviewing and placing hundreds of candidates in both staff and leadership roles. I possess a strong passion and talent for recognizing skilled, driven candidates and placing them in roles where they will excel.
