Chris Gardner founded GarCorp Inc. to support small and medium-sized healthcare services businesses with investments and to provide strategic guidance to help them grow. As a potential co-investor, Chris aims to be a value-added partner leveraging his wealth of healthcare and multi-site experience. He has worked in pharmacy retail for over 28 years and most recently served as President, CEO, and board member of Neighbourly Pharmacy. Chris led the growth of Neighbourly Pharmacy from its early stages to become the third-largest national retail pharmacy network in Canada. Under his leadership, Neighbourly grew over 600% through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth, and has nearly 300 locations across Canada. Chris also led the company through its initial public offering in 2021. Before leading Neighbourly Pharmacy, Chris spent 23 years at Shoppers Drug Mart in various leadership positions, overseeing merchandising, district operations, and optimization projects, with his most recent role being Vice President of National Operations. Chris sits on several private healthcare boards and is a co-investor in multiple multi-site retail and healthcare businesses. He has also advised several private equity firms on potential healthcare acquisitions.
