About GardenSite

GardenSite is an online e-commerce website specialising in providing more than 10,000 home and garden products to customers within the United Kingdom and Worldwide. Part of an independent family run business based in Birmingham, GardenSite runs along side two physical garden centres situated in Sutton Coldfield and Castle Bromwich. Over the last 60 years or more we have gained an envied reputation which has led us to contributing products to various television programmes, local communities and to help support national charities. Our industry leading retail website, www.gardensite.co.uk, was set up in 1999, and has now expanded into an extensive e-commerce site offering a comprehensive range of home and garden products amongst a wealth of expert advice through the use of blogs. Our larger garden centre and showroom in Sutton Coldfield also boasts the addition of an aquatic superstore, displaying an array of aquatic, pond and aquarium products which are available to buy online. The Aquatic Superstore is one of the largest in the country with a superb selection of tropical, marine and freshwater fish together with aquariums and everything an experienced aquarist or enthusiastic beginner requires. Employees, who are experts in their own field, are trained to have exceptional 'hands on' skills and product knowledge, they all have a genuine interest in providing customers with a first class retail experience. This is a company that has grown from a small garden supplies firm in 1950s Britain to a thriving organisation that utilises the latest marketing and retail technology, but we never forget that customer service excellence underpins our whole business.
