Gardner Spencer Smith Tench & Jarbeau, PC was founded in 1983 as Gardner Spencer Associates by Joe Gardner and Les Spencer whose professional relationship began in the early 1970’s while classmates at Georgia Tech. Ownership was expanded internally to include Randy Smith, David W. Tench, and Keith Solomon– all currently full partners in the firm. Initially serving local, commercial accounts, the practice now includes a diverse mix of public and private institutional clients located throughout the Southeast. Specializations have emerged through extensive project experience in educational and performance facilities, worship facilities, as well as financial institutions. For over 30 years we have been committed to providing solutions that stimulate how people live, work, and function in their environments.
