About Gartner Architects

Arhitekturni biro Gartner arhitekti d.o.o. je bil ustanovljen leta 2010. Delovanje biroja temelji na spoštljivem odnosu do arhitekturne tradicije in naravnega okolja. Poleg estetike in funkcionalnosti veliko pozornosti namenjamo energetski učinkovitosti objektov in izbiri naravnih materialov, zato večina naših objektov dosega nizko energijski oziroma pasivni standard. V želji po preseganju včasih togih energetskih konceptov, raziskujemo nova razmerja med funkcionalnostjo, estetiko in energetsko učinkovitostjo. Ne glede na velikost, poskušamo iz vsakega projekta ustvariti funkcionalen, estetski, unikaten in tehnično dovršen izdelek. Verjamemo v prednosti uporabe sodobne tehnologije v vseh fazah projektiranja in gradnje. V Gartner arhitekti investiramo v najsodobnejšo BIM programsko opremo. Od leta 2010 na vseh projketih uspešno uporabljamo BIM (Building Information Modeling) za stavbe vseh velikosti od začetka do konca. Prepoznavanje in reševanje napak v virtualnem okolju prispeva k zmanjševanju stroškov projekta, skrajšuje časovne roke gradnje in prispeva h kvalitetnejši projektni dokumentaciji ter boljši izvedbi projekta. Sodelujemo lahko tudi v procesu gradnje in po končani gradnji z dostavo BIM modela, opremljenega z vsemi potrebnimi informacijami za upravljanje z objektom - Facility Management.
