Gary Mills Consulting LLC was re-launched in 2023, leveraging its founder’s 27+ years developing, managing and delivering technology- and operations-based portfolio and tax technology partnership and investment solutions – and creating the messaging for promoting these solutions – while working for software firms, fund administrators and accounting firms in Product Management and Product Marketing roles. The firm focuses on delivering Operations Assessments/Optimization Audits encompassing Process, People, and Technology – and bridging client requirements and development specifications to deliver technology and business-process solutions. Our clients are private wealth family offices, hedge funds, private equity funds, and funds of funds that seek an unbiased, independent review of their Operations (spanning Process, People and Technology) to realize any of several goals, including identifying/addressing pain points, reducing costs, defining the optimal approach when considering significant, organization-wide investments in new platforms and markets – or simply seeking a review to ensure that their Operations are continuing to perform efficiently.
