About GATE - Global Academy of Tourism and Hospitality Education
Global Academy of Tourism and Hospitality Education (GATE) is one of Nepal’s leading hospitality colleges. Located in Mandikhatar, Kathmandu, it is the first college in Asia to provide a Swiss degree and is affiliated with SHA and Certified with EHL; the world's first and QS #1 ranked Hospitality Management University. GATE is also the first academy in Nepal to win an international award at the World Hospitality Award, Most innovative training program in 2011. Global Academy of Tourism and Hospitality Education (GATE) was started in May 2007 and has since been a pioneer in exploring, developing, providing, and enhancing the Hospitality & Tourism Education in Nepal. Since its humble beginnings, GATE has been serving the society and the people by providing various academic, skill-based, vocational (short/long) courses as well in the coordination with CTEVT Nepal & the Australian Government recognized program: SIT30821 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery delivered in partnership with TAFE NSW (RTO 90003).
