We work as a team to be responsive to your needs through understanding, supportive, and caring personalities. Our President and board-certified dermatologist, Dr. David A. Bigler, has been treating the Lincoln area since 1985. He enjoys treating patients with all varieties of skin diseases. He is especially passionate about diagnosing and curing skin cancer. Dr. Bigler received extensive training in Mohs surgery and all forms of skin cancer treatment at the University of Iowa. Dr. Bigler previously practiced Internal Medicine for ten years and served in the United States Army Medical Corp in Internal Medicine for two years. Christine A. Trombino, PA-C is a board certified physician assistant. She joined Gateway Dermatology, P.C. in 2004. Christine is dedicated to delivering personalized, skilled, and comprehensive dermatology care to help you look and feel your best including acne and wart treatments, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, and complete body checks for skin cancer and moles. She also offers a wide variety of cosmetic dermatology services to refine your skins appearance, remove acne scars, and reverse the signs of aging and sun damage. She provides complimentary consultations to discuss patient’s options regarding laser hair removal. With over 40 years of combined experience, our providers are well positioned to address all aspects of adult and pediatric dermatology including skin, hair, and nails. We offer a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere conveniently located in the Legacy Square Office Building on “O” street with a direct entrance to our suite on the south side of the building.
