We specialize in installation, maintenance, and inspection of: fire alarm-Intrusion Detection-Access Control-CCTV-Intercom-Commercial Sound- and Other Systems. We want to make doing business easy. Gateway's President, Jonathan W. Hill, M.S., decided to start the company becuase he knew that customers deserved a better experience from their life safety and security vendors. He heard the common complaints about long response times, scheduling nightmares, billing issues, and at the top of that list...price. Gateway strives to resolve each of those customer concerns by providing a straightforward approach to doing business. Customers are assigned an account manager, which serves as their single point of contact. All scheduling, requests for service, and billing will be handled by the customer's account manager. Gateway guarantees its response times- 1 hour response time for emergencies, and a 4 hour response time for non-emergencies. We are committed to providing world-class service at competitive pricing.
