Welcome to Gathering Groups - where we connect, heal, and grow together. Based in Greater Vancouver, Canada, we are revolutionizing the approach to mental health and wellness by creating a platform for safe, guided group experiences paired with plant medicine therapy. In the face of rising societal issues such as isolation, loneliness, and anxiety, we saw a need for a radical shift in healing practices. Our innovative solution is akin to a 'Peloton for the Soul,' providing an online platform for individuals to join transformative group sessions, fostering a sense of community and shared healing. We have built this model on the Polyvagal theory that says we heal best when we are in safe small group where we can co-regulate with others. Our specialized resilience program spans over 12 weeks, during which therapists or trained facilitators guide individuals through their healing journey. With a carefully curated curriculum grounded in trauma-informed practices, our facilitators create safe spaces where participants can feel seen, heard, and understood. At the heart of Gathering Groups lies our belief in the power of collective experiences. Our group sessions offer the rare opportunity for participants to connect deeply with others, sharing in their stories and experiences.
