We use a collaborative approach to enable us to work with all the various stakeholders across a project. Through initial consultations with all parties, we gain insight into a project risks, constraints, drivers and expectations. We can then manage a project’s requirements of delivery through various stages of feasibility, modeling, planning, design, procurements and delivery support. We use a solution focused approach incorporating HSG47, CDM, BIM, PAS128, NRSWA1991, BS EN ISO I9650-1&2 and ISO 9001:2015, to ensure safety, quality and compliance of all our projects.
