Our dedicated team is passionately committed to fostering stronger connections between corporations and the country through cultural education. Our overarching objective at GaWun Supplies is to cultivate and expand an Indigenous-focused workforce that enlightens clients about the impact of supporting ethically governed, majority Indigenous-owned organisations on the broader Australian Indigenous and Torres Strait Islander community. The name "GaWun" holds cultural significance, representing the Kabi Kabi tribe of our Co-Founder Michael Grundon. In the Kabi Kabi language, "GaWun" translates to 'Care For,' emphasizsng our commitment to responsible sourcing and production. The logo, designed by local Indigenous artist Stevie O'Chin, narrates the journey of GaWun in connecting communities. Notably, a third of all profits generated by GaWun Supplies are reinvested into Indigenous communities and charities. Beyond educating organisations about Australia's traditional landowners, our primary motivation lies in giving back to the community. GaWun Supplies proudly holds Supply Nation certification and is 51% Indigenous-owned, exemplifying our dedication to Indigenous empowerment and ethical business practices.
